Scope
This policy applies to visitors to jendarey.com, people who submit contact or consultation requests, and prospective or current clients interacting with our consulting, training, or related services.
It does not apply to third-party or separately operated websites, platforms, or tools that may be linked from this site. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Information we collect
When you submit the site contact or consultation form, we currently collect your name, organization, email address, phone number, service interest, and message.
If you continue into a consulting or training engagement, we may also collect business contact details, project requirements, onboarding details, scheduling information, and related communications.
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, referral information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs may also be collected.
- The site uses a browser cookie named `jc_session_id` to help track page visits outside the admin area.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and consultation requests.
- Send confirmation emails, follow-up messages, consultation scheduling updates, and service-related communications.
- Operate and improve the website, CRM workflows, and delivery processes.
- Maintain security, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Email workflows and unsubscribe
If you submit a consultation or contact request, we may send a confirmation email and a sequence of follow-up nurture emails related to that inquiry. Consultation scheduling and consultation confirmation emails may also be sent when needed.
Automated nurture emails include an unsubscribe option. If you unsubscribe, automated nurture emails for that inquiry will stop, but transactional emails related to a booked consultation may still be sent when necessary.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM operations, scheduling, storage, or payment processing when electronic payments are used.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, enforce agreements, or support a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or similar business transfer.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, deliver services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and protect the site and our operations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also use unsubscribe links where available or contact ak@jendarey.com for privacy-related requests.
