Payments, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

How payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refund expectations work for consultations, training, workshops, and custom service engagements.

General rule

Jendarey Consulting primarily provides consulting, training, workshops, implementation, and other service-based work. Payment and refund terms may vary depending on the engagement.

If you enter into a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice, workshop booking, or training agreement with us, that document controls.

Consultation calls

  • Paid consultation calls or strategy sessions may require advance payment.
  • Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in writing, booked sessions are generally non-refundable once delivered.
  • If you cancel with enough advance notice, we may allow rescheduling at our discretion.

Consulting and custom services

  • Fees, milestones, due dates, and payment obligations will be stated in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
  • Amounts already earned, delivered, scheduled, or incurred are generally non-refundable.
  • Deposits or retainers may be non-refundable if stated in the applicable agreement or invoice.

Training, workshops, and cohort programs

  • Registration, transfer, rescheduling, and refund rules may be stated on the applicable booking page, invoice, or training agreement.
  • If no separate written refund term is provided, fees are generally non-refundable after a seat, session, or program slot has been reserved for you, except where required by law.

Failed payments and disputes

  • We may pause work, delay scheduling, suspend access to deliverables or materials, or cancel future sessions if payment fails or an invoice becomes overdue.
  • If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact ak@jendarey.com before filing a dispute.
  • Unresolved chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of service, cancellation of upcoming sessions, withholding of deliverables where legally permitted, or refusal of future bookings.

Exceptions

We may make limited exceptions for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or other unusual circumstances. Any exception does not waive this policy or create an ongoing obligation to issue refunds.
